Submit your news, photos and information to The Aurora Newspaper

1. Be sure to include your name, email, telephone number and
    suggested headline.
2. Type your article directly into the "Body" box, or paste it from your files.
3. Click on the "Submit" button.
4. Or, email the editor directly at editor@auroranewspaper.com.

GUIDELINES 

Editorial deadline for The Aurora Newspaper is noon Wednesday.

Material must be typed and include the originator’s name, address and telephone number.

All editorial submissions are subject to editing by the managing editor, based upon Canadian Press guidelines, available space, timeliness and interest. The 14 Wing public affairs officer will also be consulted as needed.

Please ensure copy is typed in proper upper and lower case style.

French articles must include accents.

Do not use acronyms. Please spell it out for the benefit of all readers. This includes all ranks and job positions.

When submitting graphics (i.e. logos, photographs, etc.), they must be separated from the document. Submit the document as one file and any accompanying graphics as separate, individual files. These graphic files must be in one of the following formats: BMP, JPG, TIF OR GIF.

Include photographs with your submissions. Digital photographs are preferred and must be in either a "TIF", "BMP" or "JPG" format, minimum six inches wide with a resolution of at least 150 dpi. Action photos have more interest than group or presentation photos. Captions for standard award or presentation photos should emphasize the recipient, not the presenter.
